Westminster Warriors Soccer Club is offering a $50.00 discount for early bird registration when you register online and pay in full between 7 November and 17 December 2025.  This offer is only available online and closes on 17 December 2025 at 7pm.   

Online registrations will then re-open on 5 January 2026 and will be full price.  You can then register online or at one of our Sign On days to be held on Saturday 10th January 2026, 8am - 12noon at the Clubhouse and Thursday, 15th January 2026, 5pm - 8pm at the Clubhouse.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU REGISTER EARLY AS PLACES ARE NOT RESERVED FOR RETURNING PLAYERS. THE TEAM POSITIONS ARE ALLOCATED ON A FIRST IN FIRST SERVED BASIS!

Tiny Tots: Full Price $90 (no early bird price for this age group)**
Under 6, 7 & 8: EARLY BIRD $200*; Full Price $250*
Under 9 & Under 10: EARLY BIRD $250*; Full Price $300*
Under 11 - Under 16: EARLY BIRD $300*; Full Price $350*
Under 17/18 Men: EARLY BIRD $350*; Full Price $400*
Snr Men, Snr Women & Over 30/40 Men: EARLY BIRD $350*; Full Price $400*
 * Families with more than one player registering will get a $60 reduction off the above fees, for each additional player, after the first (youngest). * *This does not apply to Tiny Tot registration fees.

NO registration will be accepted without minimum payment of $150.  Tiny Tots need to pay in full.
All fees are required to be paid in full prior to 26th March 2026.

Included in the registration fees is a $50 volunteer levy per family.  Please refer to the Volunteer Incentives/Family Levy Program for more information.  

A minimum deposit of $150.00 must be made upon registration, or your registration will not be progressed any further (refundable as per our Registration Terms and Conditions). If you register on-line, you will have 1 week from that date to pay your deposit, otherwise your registration will be deleted and your spot in the team forfeited.  You will then need to re-register and pay the deposit if you want to be in a team depending on whether there are spots still available.  No positions in teams will be held until a deposit has been made.

A service fee will be incurred on all debit card and credit card transactions transactions made through the EFTPOS machine at the Clubhouse or online through MyClubMate.   

The total balance of fees is due before:  26th March 2026 for all players.  If full fees are not paid and you have not already signed an arrangement plan with our Treasurer Hannah, players will not be allowed to take the field.  There will be a few nights per week (yet to be determined) once training commences, where the clubhouse will be manned for payment of fees.  Direct credit to the Club’s bank account is also possible, please contact our Treasurer Hannah (treasurer@westminstersc.org.au) for account details.
