2025 Fair Play Vouchers 
рџ“Ј FairPlay Round 11 is NOW CLOSED!
All families who hold a Medicare card, valid Health Care card or valid Pensioner Concession card, are eligible, between the ages of 5-17, for a $200 voucher to go towards sport and recreation costs.
Grab your voucher at https://www.qld.gov.au/recr.../sports/funding/fairplay/apply and ease the financial burden for 2025.
If you have already paid your fees and you are eligible for a voucher, that is okay, get the voucher and send it in to us (treasurer@westminstersc.org.au) and we will refund you the $200.

Keep an eye out for future FairPlay Rounds opening.

OPENING TOMORROW, 4th November 2024, for Early Bird Registrations
 
Westminster Warriors Soccer Club is offering a discount for early bird registration upon full payment. This offer is only available online and closes on 4 December 2024.

Registrations will then re-open on 6 January 2025 and will be full price.  If you don't want to register online, Physical Sign on Dates: Thursday, 30th January 2025, 5pm - 8pm and Saturday 1st February 2025, 8am- 12noon, both at the Clubhouse.
 
Tiny Tots (2-4yrs):  Full Price $75*
Under 6, 7 & 8:  Full Price $240*
Under 9 - Under 16:  Full Price $300*
Under 17/18 Men:  Full Price $380*
Snr Men, Snr Women & Over 30/40 Men:  Full Price $380*
*Families with more than 1 player registering will get a $60 reduction off their fees for each additional player after the first. (This does not apply to Tiny Tot registration fees).
 
Please note, that at a minimum a deposit of $150 per player (does not include Tiny Tots) must be received by the club before a player can is placed in a team (this is non-refundable once the player plays their first game for the season).

When you register, you will NOT BE PLACED IN A TEAM UNTIL YOUR DEPOSIT IS PAID.  No positions in teams will be held until a deposit has been made

Muster Dates for 2025:
Under 6, Under 7, Under 8 and Under 9 to Under 15/16 players, once registered will gather on the date below to meet your team officials and discuss training days and times.  The equipment room will also be open for fee payment, the purchase of socks, shorts and player's travelling shirt collection (for those eligible).
 
When:Under 6:  Saturday 8th February 2025 @ 8:30am - 9:00am at Westminster clubhouse;
Under 7:  Saturday 8th February 2025 @ 9:30am - 10:00am at Westminster clubhouse;
Under 8:  Saturday 8th February 2025 @ 10:30am - 11:00am at Westminster clubhouse;
Under 10, 11, 12:  Saturday 8th February 2025 @ 11:30am - 12:30pm at Westminster clubhouse;
Under 13, 14, 15/16:  Saturday 8th February 2025 @ 1:30pm - 2:30pm at Westminster clubhouse;
Under 9:  Saturday 8th February 2025 @ 4:00pm – 5:00pm at Westminster clubhouse (bring boots);
Under 17/18, Seniors and Overage players:  You will be contacted when teams have been selected and training has been organised.  Please keep an eye on your spam/junk mail in case the emails go there.

If you have registered for a waitlist age group, that means that all of our teams in that age group are currently full.  Our registrar will contact you if/when a position becomes available.  This could be within 1-2 days or 1-2 weeks, so please be patient with us whilst we see what is available.

If you don't already know the team that you or your child is playing for, the registrar will contact you, otherwise please feel free to contact Kristen on registrar@westminstersc.org.au.
